Default 69 427 A.I.R. Pump Vacuum Connection
Is the diverter valve vacuum line on the AIR pump connected to manifold or port vacuum on a 69?

Correct. Ported vacuum would defeat the purpose of having an AIR system.

Plus ported vacuum sucks anyway.
