Hood pics???
Has anyone ever used an aftermarket hood that replaces their wiper door? I was just wondering how it would look and would like to see some pics! I saw a hood that I would like to have for my 69, but it replaces the wiper door and I was just wondering.

If you are interested and arent to far from Charlotte NC. I have a BB hood that I bought at the Charlotte auto fair last year that eliminates the wiper door. I paid $150 for it thinking that it was a regular hood. I had already put the money into redoing the vacuum system for the door as well as the hardware so I didn't want to go that route. I would let it go for what I have in it. It is black now and needs to be stripped and sanded but it is in fairly good shape. :cheers:

Wade, the hood that I was looking at is in Corvette Central magazine. I am going to do some more looking and thinking before I buy anything.
