Default Small Block Engine Swap Pulley Problems
Over the years I've done a few engine swaps and this is a new one on me. The water pump, alternator, and power steering were swapped from the old motor, but nothing lines up with the crank pulleys (also swapped from the old motor). They stick out about 3/8-1/2". Any idea what I did wrong?

that ^^^ or a different thickness balancer .

I'll try to get a few pix soon. It's not in my (unheated) garage but about 20 min. away.

i vote either the balancer is thicker or it isn't fully seated.
