you just need a universal kit. i have 11 mm taylor wires on mine and i never have had a better fitting set of made up wires. moroso blue max are good too . the msd wires seem pricey for what you get. I'm sure some will disagree.

The first set of Taylor wires were great the last just ok. I think MSD is over priced. I need a set for my 79 and from what I have read I'm going with Moroso Blue Max with a Pertronics HEI upgrade kit.

I went to Summit Racing tonight. As luck would have it the young guy that waited on me had 1981. He thought I may have gotten a bad set of Taylors and that's what he uses on his C3. The Taylors were a lot cheaper that's what I brought home. He also mentioned a Corvette tax on Corvette parts.
