Door lock switch ?

Well, you know how you guys say bubba fixed something? I think he built this car from the ground up. Sad thing is, I didnt see it until now and the doors are all back together....
I rebuilt the doors and after sitting in the car , checking out my fine work, I realized there is no power lock switch in the doors. I took the panel off and there are no switches period!!!
I even bought new actuators!!!! DUH..
So, I'm including a pic of the harness thats in the door and would someone tell me if this is what the lock switch plugs in to?
And maybe what the rest of the wires are for? If you have a pic, that would be GREAT!!!
I got the rearview mirror wires pulled back through the door and now this...

The one on the bottom left looks like the plug for the door switch to me. The other stuff I'm not sure about maybe it's for the alarm system.

The clip that has wires going tom it is for your factory alarm system. It is used to secure your door lock cylinder.

The 2 wire black connector ( tan and gray)( to the right of the door lock cylinder clip) is for the power door locks.

You photo is not clear enough...but I believe the 2 wires to the left of the clip for the door lock cylinder are the 2 wires (yellow and black)that are a part of the switch that goes on the back of your door lock cylinder so you can dis-arm the factory alarm system with the door key....which appear to have been cut off.

For what it is worth. When taking a photo..place a piece of white paper or something of contrast that allows the items needing to be seen...to have a good contrast so they can be seen instead of somewhat "blending" into the background.

Didnt realize how bad pic was until I reread post . Sry. SO, on the lock wire harness. Does that plug directly to switch or is there another harness between the two? I believe the others are for the door lock cyl alarm as Dub mentioned.

Are you retro-fitting power door locks into your car? I have both doors completely apart at the moment on my '81 which does not have power locks. There are no un-mated connectors in the door harnesses that I have so I am thinking that power mirrors and door locks require a different harness and is separate from the one for the window motors and alarm switches.

I know the power door lock harness is available from about any Corvette parts place.

UPDATE: never mind....I was wrong....according to the 81 assembly manual the power door lock connector is on the same harness; same end as the door lock key cylinder alarm connector.

The tan and gray wire connector is the one for your power door lock actuator. rh side
That would be the far right. The one next to it is your alarm lock cylinder retainer and switch
The one to the left in the picture is your power door lock switch

SO, the door lock switch connector shown above plugs directly into the lock switch? or is there another small piece of harness in between the 2?

Will pick up switches. Any chance someone has relocated these switches on their own car? I'm thinking about putting them just below the window switches on the console. Would this be a bigger PITA than its worth?

Put them where they belong. Because if you don't...you will be opening up a "can of worms" that you honestly do not want to do.

Fill the new connectors with dielectric silicone grease to keep them corrosion free for years and move on.

BE VERY CAREFUL...when handling the connectors...because if you do not have a wiring diagram...and know how to read it...if you begin breaking wires out of the connector terminals in the connector itself...it will be almost impossible to re-wire it back correctly. These wires are well known to fatigue and break right where they are crimped to the terminal....and each wire has to go where it goes (obviously)...and when you are dealing with the right side with 3 black wires...these 3 black wires are not all the same.
