First you need a place to store the picture, most internet services give you some free space. Once you have the picture loaded on the server you simply add the address, otherwise known as a URL in between the image tags. The image tags are IMG and /IMG with brackets around them like this [ img]http://www.your-address-here.com/your-picture-here[ /img] note that I put spaces in there so it wouldn't work and you could see how it looks. You can't link a picture off your computer unless you are running it as a server.
