Default Headers and tall deck BBC heads

Curious as to whether any C3 guys had experience with Hooker Super Comps on a BB C3. Currently have a set with my 9.8" deck and stock exhaust port location engine. Wondered if anyone had experience of A - fit with raised exhaust port location (+ .400" I guess) B - fit with 10.2" tall deck block C - fit with raised exhaust ports AND tall deck block. And what you used for headers (presuming shelf items don't fit?)

Not corvette but I had a tall deck in a Camaro and had to have a set built. Lemons headers is one of the best around.
