Rocker Arm Movement?

I was working to fix a small valve cover leak when I bumped one of the rocker arms and noticed it moved. Then I tried moving all the others and all but one moved.

I have very little engine knowledge and I'm not sure if this is normal or not.

Here are the engine specs:
350 4 bolt main bored out to 383
Edelbrock Performer RPM Heads 64 cc chamber 170 cc intake
Edelbrock Performer RPM AirGap Intake Manifold
Holley Carb 4160 750 cfm 4 barrel, vacuum, Dual Inlet, square bore manual choke (added electric choke)
MSD ProBillet Tach Drive HEI Distributor - Model # 8571
MSD 6 AL Ignition Box analog CD with rev limiter
Sealed Power Piston Rings, Chrome
Sealed Power Forged Piston, Flat top, ring groves
Crane Rocker Arms, aluminum full roller, stud mount
Crane Cam & Lifters, Hydraulic flat tappet, advanced duration 284/284, Lift .480/.480
Scat 9000 Crankshaft stroker 383 crank 5.700 Rods
Edelbrock fuel pump Mechanical Performer series, 110 gph, 6 psi
Arp bolts all the way around

It's normal when the lifters bleed down. I'm surprised only one didn't move. Usually 3 or 4 have pressure.

If they were set significantly off position, you would definitely know it by how 'ratty' it was idling.
