Dyno test

Anyone know of a place that does dyno test in central illinois?
I've been searching internet with no luck.

You might want to try looking for tuners or engine builders. They usually ave Dynos or know who does!

Not sure where you live, but there is a shop in Quincy, IL called "Triple R Performance Engines" that has a dyno. Do a Google search, I am sure you will find them. I have Zero experience with them. They were recommended to me by a local speed shop. I was going to use them to dyno my motor, but ended up finding another dyno shop much closer to where I live. Might be worth giving them a call at least...
