Default Replacing mufflers

Guys, Finally replacing the Flowmaster Delta Flow 50's after 10 good years of service, starting to rust out. Want to stay with the Flowmaster sound and going to stainless, maybe the 44's. Anyone out there using the 44's and how are the working for you. I heard the Flowmaster 40's are loud and not a Magnaflow fan so any imput will be appreciated.
Thanks

I agree but have found from motorcycles to cars everyone likes a different sound. So go with what you want but don't just discount Magnaflows, they are a good design with good ratings for flow.

I had the super 44s up until last week (going side exhaust now).
Magnaflows aren't loud enough for me. Go with the super 44s, who cares if you lose 3hp with Flowmaster over magnaflow.

I get it, "LOUD AND CLEAR", we all like what we like! I have a friend who likes girls with large (big) butts, to each his own. It's your car (girl friend, wife) , go for what makes you happy. Life's short, if it doesn't hurt anybody, enjoy!

the hooker muffler is a good option too, and I've run spin tech and they sound good.

I have a 2.5" N11 system on my 1970 and love it. But I don't like loud, just good. I also prefer a stock look. My friend has a 65 with 2.5" pipes and magnaflows and it really does sound great.

I've got the Hooker Super Competition Turbo mufflers on my car. A bit quiet in my opinion. If you want quiet and no drone these are for you.
