Default Power window regulator alignment

The window on the passenger side is a little bit sluggish. I have removed everything and cleaned and added some grease but it still doesnt move so freely. Maybe the the two parts with plastic wheels of the regulator are a little bit bent. If anyone have a photo of the regulator in profile so I can see how it should be I would be very happy.
I found a picture with help of google but its not in a perfect profile view so it is hard to tell (se pic).

Just a couple of thoughts. I'd watch carefully to see what the window might be hanging up on, or rubbing on, while it's going up and down. Make sure all the electrical connectors between the switch and the motor are clean. Check for a full 12V to the motor as well.

Also, check the alignment. There's numerous alignments, including front and back, side to side, etc and if the window is being forced against one of the limits, that might slow it down. Also, check the window felt and bumpers to make sure they're not pushing hard against the glass, easy enough to loosen up.

Finally, these motors do get 'tired' and that might be it too. But you'll know, by then, if that's the case.

If I put everything except the glass in place then I can see through the top of the door that the horizontal bar (that the glass is attached to) is not parallel to the opening on the top of the door. Thats why I think the regulator itself maybe is bent.

That's tough, because the glass is already removed... Can't answer that one, except to remove the motor and see if the regulator itself, moves freely, bend or no bend. I can't see where being slightly out of parallel, would make it go up slow. Usually, there's a physical reason. I mentioned binding against the window felt bumpers and felt channel and you can take care of this with adjustments.

If the horizontal bar ( that attaches to your glass) is not LEVEL...then the window regulator has another provision on it that goes to a short track that actually is used to set the levelness of the glass when adjusting. If this roller on the regulator or short track are damaged...then the long horizontal track will do whatever it wants to do without being controlled by the short track.
