Default Rear sway bar install

The suspension kit I ordered did not have instructions that show how the rear sway bar is installed. How do I confirm which way is right side up? I think I made an educated guess and did it the correct way. Motor not in yet, so have not had the car on the road. Thanks guys.

Don't know if you have an aftermarket bar or stock.

Here's the stock link at trailing arm

Where it mounts to the frame, you can see in the background it bends upwards in the middle to go up over the top of the spare tire carrier

If a after market bar with bent ends, you want them installed so that the ends are parelle to the trailing arm connection point.

Default Rear sway bar

After market piece that came with a kit from Ecklers. I still have not installed the spare tire so I might have the bar upside down.

I don't think the 73 small block had a factory sway bar did they? The piece came with a kit from Ecklers.

I think the big blocks came from the factory with them. My 73 small block does not have a rear bar. But my car has a lot of oversteer so a rear bar would makes things worse for me.
