Looks like the boot is just touching the primary. I'd be tempted to double up the manifold gaskets and relieve the primary a little to get maybe 1/4" of clearance. Might require a heat shield tube to keep from cooking the boot.
Like one of these.

Thanks! So you have gasket between header and spacer and between head and spacer?
I started out with double gaskets. I had one blow out and did not have another set on hand, so I removed the gaskets and bolted it up tight and it has not leaked since.
I did cut the flanges as you can see in my pics, so that each connection is individual. I used a Fel Pro aluminum backed gasket set with individual pieces as patterns for the cuts on the flanges and for the spacers.
If i understand correctly, the original cast iron manifolds were bolted on without gaskets when new.

Sounds good, I like your setup
You gave me an interesting point of view, thanks
The Accel shorty plugs are shorter, I just can't tell you how much exactly. They're about just long enough for the boot to fit on though. Here's a better picture that may help you see the difference.
I just installed the Accel 0414S on mine and they were something like 3/8"-1/2" shorter. The "S" in the part number indicates they are shorty header plugs. You can go online, post them questions with your engine specs and they will make a recommendation . . . they were very responsive (1-2 days) https://prestolite.zendesk.com/anonymous_requests/new
Consider the curvature of the #1 and #2 downpipes and the fact that the bolt that you need to get into the hole is going to be over an 1" longer. Are you even going to be able to wrangle a long bolt up and though that hole in the header flange, even before putting the spacer behind it?

They're 3/8"-1/2" shorter than...??? As I wrote I aready have Champion's that are shorter than standard spark plugs...I will try to know the exact lenght of Accel's

Some headers make this impossible.
That's a good osservation, fortunately I can do it...I've tried just to know which spacer thickness I need
I'm not able to found Accel's spark plug lenght...I've searched online but nothing. I only found detailed pics and I've tried to make a virtual misuration and seems that Accel's are the same ar a little longer than my Champion RC12YC which are 2.96" overall lenght. Could someone confirm it?
I know you live in Italy, and it's expensive to ship things there from the U.S., but I think the real solution here is to either get straight-plug heads that will work with your headers, or specialty headers that will work with your angle-plug heads.

I'll pull mine tonight and take a photo for you comparing the Accel 0414S and Champion RC12YC . . . I have both.
So nobody wants to suggest this.....but you are going to need to beat the hell out of the tube and dent it for plug clearance. Ive got a set of beautiful Hedman ceramic coated headers on My BB and the same plug was ALWAYS burning out against the pipe. I had to beat mine up to get an extra 1/4 inch clearance.
