If it were me; I'd get a set of Accel shorty plugs, Rajay terminal clips and dimple the tubes to get the clearance.

Sorry, what are rajay terminal clips? have you got a link that will show them?

So looks like the Accels are .3cm shorter than the RC12YC (7.5cm) that you have.
so, 0.3 cm...better than nothing, will help a little but they're aren't enough...
