Trying to pull radiator. I have removed the clutch, fan and pulley. I am unable to remove the shroud or radiator. Is there a certain way the shroud rotates to remove? The lower radiator snorkel is hitting on the arm on the right side.
82CFI,
Thanks for the reply.

I have an electric fan mounted to the shroud. Not sure I can cut mine. Will attempt to remove electric fan for more room.
It is a PITA job that is for sure. I found that I struggled for quite some time with it and finally just happened to turn it the right way and it was out. It helps to remove anything you can that could interfere. I had an engine driven fan, and removed the ring that is an extension of the shroud as well. You can take a look at my thread in the C3 General area called, "John's Winter Rebuild Thread". It may help. I needed to get it out to fix a leaking radiator along with a very rusted radiator core support. Did lots more once I was in there...
Thanks y'all!
I unbolted the condenser coil bracket. Move the condenser coil and bracket forward. Then was able to remove the shroud, then the radiator.
Questions:
How much slack/movement (if any) should the water pump shaft have?? This is moving up and down and side to side. There is a small amount you can feel.
What is the easiest way to put the radiator and shroud back in??
