Default Rubber removal

Well I got the wifes 2012 Yukon xl to do a pretty wicked burnout, but the issue is that it splattered melted rubber on rear quarter panned just behind the tire. Now I know this isn't a vette, but any information passed forward were could help a vette owner with the same question. So what's the best way to remove the rubber with out scratching or stripping the paint. All advice in this matter is greatly appreciated.

No the vette has no issues smoking the tires it doesn't seem to catch rubber their though. I love 2nd gear at 6300rpm, gets squirly, sometimes changes lanes by itself, should get worse with the 3.70 rear gear, gonna need sticky tires. This is on the ole ladies Yukon I bought her last year. I've tried soap and water with no luck, I thought about gunk off or something along that line but am concerned about eating the clear coat. Needless to say she's not impressed with the rubberized paint job, I was just amazed it smoked em.

You can try Bug & Tar remover. Let it sit a minute or two. WD40.

Fyi, before the next burn out spray some Pam on the fender.

Thanks for the tips. Ive seen guys at the drag strip use painters tape and cover that section of fender.
