Threw the camber gauge on the rear wheels for a quick check, and obviously, I don't know how to use this gauge... Using an el cheapo HF angle gauge shows i'm about 0-1 degree of negative camber...
Throw on the digital longacre camber tool, level it like the instructions say:
Turn it on like the instructions say (goes into Camber mode from the start):
I get 10 degrees, WTF!! So I try to get the wheel just back to Zero, and it is a non starter... Got it to 8.5 and the wheel looked like it had 20 degrees of negative caster...
Any ideas?? Surprised the display read upside down compared to the labels on the buttons...
I've been thinking about purchasing one of those. Would be interested in what you find out.
I pulled the tool out of it's case and went through the calibration steps in the instructions and it was good to go... I thought, why not try this, and voila, it worked like a champ...
Wish it displayed hundredths, but if that is my only gripe, not a bad little tool...
