OK, time to show my dumbness. Just installed a Sander 508 A/C compressor on my "80". It has 1 wire coming from the compressor. How the heck does it hook up? Thanks in advance.

Get a wiring diagram from pappawanna.....he will email one to you.
find the power wire in the diagram that went to your original compressor and connect it to the compressor wire.
where is the best place to get a sanden compressor and or the adapter?
I got mine from Vintage Air......I told them exactly what type of car/engine cu. in./year of engine production/type of heads/where I wanted to mount the compressor/which way I wanted the hoses to connect to the back of the compressor.....they got it right the first time....I had to add a couple flat washers here and there to get the belt lined up perfectly. The Sanden puts that "pancake" compressor to shame in heavy city traffic! The "508" is compact and will freeze you out...you can go larger if you want!
Just be care...some vendors advertise Sanden-like compressors (they "ain't" really Sandens)
