I have to see the specs of the product first, and if it's price lower than the aluminum radiators then I'll consider it.

I got my radiator from 1-800-radiator. Has worked great.

Copper is a much better conductor than aluminum. Old copper brass radiators did fine when new. The problem was with age the solder joints of the tubes and fins cracked and the efficiency would decrease.

I'm cooling my zz502 with a '69 copper small block radiator and stock clutch fan. Works perfectly even in traffic on 95 degree days.

You definitely have is "dialed-in". Must be one heck of an experience when driving.

I deal with both types (copper/aluminum)...and what still amazes me..even though I understand how it works...is that the new radiators in new Corvettes are narrow...but the tubes in the aluminum radiators can be made larger...and thus more surface area. Regardless of what is used...as long as it does its job...that is all that matters.
