Default Ecklers Headache???

I am working on a C4. Two week ago I ordered new rear sway bar end link bushings. They sent me a set. they are not the right size. The ones I took off use a 3/8 size bolt the ones they sent use a 7/16 bolt. also the outside is .012 larger than the old bushing. I called and let them know. They said okay we will send the ones you need. I received them, Same as the first set. I called and let them know what they did. They said okay we will send you another set. I looked up the part number of what should be here tomorrow. Wrong again!
My question is. On a C3 rear sway bar end link. What is the ID hole size. Or the size of bolt that goes through the center of the bushing.
I think they might be sending me bushings for a C3 as they look alike but have different part numbers.
Your help is most appreciated...Thanks: toetap:

Is it possible that the ones you took off the car are not what's suppose to be there?

Quite possible they have the parts mislabeled, the part number of the one they sent, does it match the c4 or the c3 when looking online?

The car is org I bought it new. I am not sure if they are mislabeled. that is what I am trying to determine. I added a picture to show how much larger the Id is on the ones they sent.
Yes the part number matches a C4. And it looks like the old part but the OD and ID are too big. So I am thinking it might be for a C3 They look alike but have different part number.

Default Update

Just wanted to do an update. Unfortunately I Have not been able to get the right bushings from Ecklers. However They have been exceptionally good trying to get me the right parts. This has been a rough two weeks for both parties. I still think they are a good company to buy from and I will in the future.
...............................Thank You.....Ellis...............

Can you send them the old one and they can match it. Hecklers has always seemed to do me right, Wilcox did me square also and I'd bet that they'd have the part also, could probably give you dimensions over the phone.

This morning I ordered what should be the right size from Mid America. I thank you for your help. I should know by Friday if UPS shows up. Ecklere did try. I think they have good people working there.
