Service Replacement Quadrajet
Does anyone know what the term "service replacement" means for a quadrajet carb?
The number on mine is 17054919 on a 73, L82 350. Looked it up and it states 73 service replacement for corvette, nova, camaro, etc.
Does this mean:
1) It came from GM and was a factory replacement for the original somewhere along the line?
2) Is it of the same quality/build as the original?
