Black C3's NEEDED!
I am thinking of painting my car black, I have a '75 with an '80 rear bumper, I have searched and searched for a picture of a 74,75,76,77 with an 80 bumper and black and have had no luck! So now I must ask my brothers for help! :) Oh ya, ANY black C3 pictures are welcome!

Some will try to discourage you from going with black paint due to the increased temperature during the summer months. I don't think there is as much difference in interior temperature as many think.

I have a 76 with a black bumper...unfortunately the rest of its yellow(and pink and blue and grey :U )

I can agree on the :U hehe ;) What color are you planning on painting it? I think it'd be cool to have the first black on black '75 (or similar body year) with an '80 bumper
Ha! I change my mind on what color I want it done, I dont know how Ill ever get it painted...I am leaning more towards a bright yellow similar to the new millenium yellow, but black has not been ruled out, or red or blue or orange or silver etc...I want to check into some of those chamelion colors, Ive always thought they would look cool if they had a red/yellow shimmery color...but really im totally undecided....Black always gives a vette that mean "im gonna eat you for breakfeast" kind of look though which you can always appreciate, and It would definatelly look cool with the new bumper and flat window.

Lets not forget Merlins 74 with a 80-82 bumper that is now black. It of course looks incredible. It's really got me looking at my own car now ;) .

This link has pictures of my car in Black. I just painted it last week. I love the color but making the car straight is very very important.
