I used the Headman headers on my big block 74 vette with a 4 speed manual. Good fit but spend the extra money on the ceramic coating. The black paint burns off within weeks. Better yet, if you intend to keep this car for years to come, go with stainless steel.
Take my advise, DO NOT use any gaskets when installing. You may have a tiny leak when it's cold but will seal within 1 minute and you'll never have to deal with a blown header gasket ever!
Headman here as well. Had mine sand blasted and thermo coated inside and out.
For a gasket I used a Mr. Gasket 7157 Copper Seal Exhaust Gaskets. Also be very careful on the drivers side front. The alternator bracket can bend the flange if tightened too tight.
