From previous posts you may remember that I'm trying to put together the dash and interior of a '74 that I didn't take apart (that would be previous owner Bubba, thank you <g>). Although this car does not have a/c in it at this time (nor do I plan to add it), there are some hints that it may have had it at one time. Right now I'm looking at installing the speedo/tach cluster (see photo):

Although I presume that the left hand ball-vent simply connects to the side vent near the kick panel, I cannot see where the rectangular vent connects. My only thought is that it might have been for a/c. Can anyone confirm/deny??
