Your options depend on the status of your bezel...
....and whether you are willing to cut it up.
You can buy new stereos that will fit in the original hole that will accept aux inputs and USB connectors.
In my case my bezel was cracked (for a long time) at the thin sections so it wasn't much of a big deal to cut it out for D1N sized stereo.
You can also buy complete replacement bezels with different sized hole for D1N radios
Here is an old link. Take a looksee. I ended up cutting mine for a D1N sized stereo with CD, Aux input, and USB input....but as I mentioned my bezel was already cracked. I am quite happy with it. This link has phone numbers and pictures and whatnot:
