Default Unknown Wires

Any idea what these connect to? This is the passenger side of the engine bay of my 73 small block with a/c...the a/c isn't hooked up. There are several connectors unconnected. There is also half of a fuse holder that is melted at the top right of one pic. I have started to research why my fan motor doesn't blow on high. I was trying to locate the fan relay switch and thought I'd check on these wires first. Also, if you could tell me where to locate the fan relay on my 73 Vette, I'd appreciate it.

The large orange(red) wire powers the heater blower in non-AC cars. It is replaced by a wire in the AC harness. It should have been cut and taped at the factory. The melted connector on the small black wire is a ground-possibly for the TCS. The two connectors are for the TCS. The cut black wire coming off the connector is also a ground.
