Sounds like cost matters to you. I think Gkull has ran a sachs in a 650 hp SBC for a long time now without problems and he road races his car. May want to give him a shout out.
Regardless of what you pick, it's worthwhile to have your machine shop (if so equipped) balance both your flywheel and pressure plate. You'll find most are out by as much as 20-60 grams. Even with the correct shouldered bolts there's some slop that can 'move' pressure plate enough to cause some vibration. Your machinist (if competent) will mark your flywheel and PP to be installed to your crank at the 12 o'clock position which will ensure the PP will hang exactly in the position it was balanced in. You'll have to turn your engine by hand to make sure the "7th" hole on the crank flange allows for the 12 o'clock phasing.
Any new package....However, L-88`s only use a 10,4 or some call it a 10 1/2 and a lightweight 13 lb flywheel...all available at a Chevy dealer
The standard kits are 11 inch which is probably what you have sold at all parts stores and where you will get the best deal with the exception of the special L-88 parts
