fuel buildup issue
I have an 82 collectors edition with the crossfire injection
My problem is a fuel buildup issue at the base of the right side throttlebody. I have rebuilt BOTH throttle bodies...replaced the throttle position sensor...checked, and both air flow valves on the throttle bodies and appear to be in working order. I cannot find any vacuum leaks...i have replaced the fuel filter. I have also replaced all the spark plugs and the intake manifold gasket replaced a couple of years ago.
The car runs but smokes a lil. It idles but clearly isnt burning or cycling the fuelproperly. The buildup around the carb base on the right side is to the point of seeping thru the gasket
Suggestions???? Any advice or ideas on what could be causing the problem??? I would appreciate any advice!!! Thanks!!!
