Cylinder head identification
I recently purchased a corvette with a sbc. The PO installed aluminium heads with several other performance upgrades, however, while he thinks the heads are Edelbrocks, their name is nowhere on the heads. I have removed the valve covers and nothing. The driver side head does show H-5969-2 A106 on the front pad. The passenger side rear pad has A107 imprinted on it. I should note the heads were installed in 1996 timeframe.
Does anyone have any idea as to the identity of these heads? I need to replace the valve seals and head identification would help in purchasing the correct ones. I fear they are some imports of unknown origin.

I can't help ya on the ID, but I have an aluminum intake on a motor I bought that looks just like an edelbrock. I mean identical with the exception of no edelbrock on it anywhere. Only after I removed the intake and flipped it over did I see the made in china stamping on the bottom
