the a/c is gone !!!!!!
this weekend we pulled the a/c out of the engine bay. man am i happy :D .the room the room. a BB with a/c i wasn't even shure if there were spark plugs on the passanger side of my car.i'm so happy.i think i'm going to change the plugs. why, because now i can :D . jim

I just change my plugs once every coupe of years. They are a PIA but that's the price you pay to stay cool. Seems like everything is a compromise when it come to automotive engineering.

Well TNT beat me to it, but I could sure use the compressor brackets if your gonna part with them and he doesn't want 'em. My advice is to keep everything. Most price guides have a 2000-5000 dollar bonus for factory A/C on a BB, and besides, I want cold air... Definitely better to work on with the evap and compressor gone, that's for sure :yesnod:

not shure if i'm going to sell off the parts yet. but this is the 3rd vette i've owned with air and still never used it. i have all the parts out of the engine bay the a/c was working before it blow a hose . i will soon be pulling all the inside duct works and controls. jim
