I have just replaced my steering column. Car started all things working. As I wrestled with wiring to replace driver side dash panel everything went dark. I have no power to the fuse box. I have 12 volts at the battery and under the hood, but nothing in the interior. Everything in the fuse box has 0 volts. Is there somewhere there is something blown? I don't see the power connection to the fuse box?
Not sure what year your car is but on my 73 wiring diagram all fuse box switched power comes from the ignition switch. Constant power is from red wire from the horn relay. Ignition switch gets power from horn relay also. Check your bulkhead connector. Might have lost the power feed in.

The horn works! But nothing hot in the fuse box. There has got to be something disconnected. Mines a 71 convertible
Fuse links on the 71 are at the horn relay. Check your connector on the ignition switch. large red wire is feed. Check for power there. brown pink and orange should be hot with the key turned on.

Yep that's the problem. No power going into the connector.
It's got to before the switch I have power going out of the horn relay. Is there a connector in between? Or is the link between the relay and the ignition switch?

Yes the fuse links are the wire for the first 6'-8" coming off of the relay. Check for power that far down the harness and follow the power until you find the problem. Make sure you replace a fuse link with a fuse link.

FOUND IT! Pervious owner installed a fuse block in place of the fusible links. It was under the brake servo. Thanks for the help!!!!
