Default 1973 Windshield

I'm working on a 1973 couple project that has no windshield. I have an original 1972 windshield but see that the aftermarket part numbers are different for 1968-1972 versus 1973 and up.

Does anyone know the difference and if the 72 is suitable?

Thanks

Hi PB,
The shape of the lower edge of the glass (from side to side) changed when the wiper door/hood change occurred in 1973.
If you go to the 'Auto City Classic' site and click on 'Corvette Glass' you'll see pictures showing the difference in the 2 designs.
My thought is that you can use the earlier glass (or at least make it work) but I'm not sure.
Regards,
Alan
