Default 1968 wiper wiring issues

I have found the problem with the 12 volts on the yellow wire all the time, the previous owner had the wiring messed up fixed now and the 12 volts is switched thru ign switch. The next problem the three pin connector pin 1 green pin 2 yellow pin 3 blue does not seem to be wired correctly. I have a ground on pin 1 and 3 all the time with key off. I have removed and tested wiper switch per Willcox video and it is fine. I also have a good ground at the switch. Does anyone know what the reading shoud be at the three pin motor plug. I do not want to install new motor until I am sure of wiring. Thanks for any help that can be supplied.

I have this information and was looking for reading at the three pin connector with it unplugged. I do not have the motor yet will be here Friday. I just wanted to make sure I was not going to burn up the new motor.

Hi Robert,
How did you fix the issue of constant power on the yellow wire? I have constant power to the yellow wires feeding the radio and wiper motor and washer pump. I pulled the fuse panel and it matches the wiring diagram and I can't find any obvious reason I don't have switched power on the yellow wires. I can't find any stitched wires and I've tried 2 different ignition switches. I'm almost done with this restore, if only I can figure this out.

The yellow wire to the motor and pump should have constant 12 volts, they are hot all the time.

Thanks for the quick response. Okay good, so mine is correct as the yellow wire to the wiper motor and washer pump are always hot. What about the yellow wire to the radio? Should it always be hot as well?
