Hey guy's, a friend of mine recently purchased a '74. He wants to know if C7 wheels & tires 285-35-19 rear 245-40-18 front would fit his C3.

I'm a C6 guy so I have no idea if they would thanks.

Thanks. Are spacers used so the tires won't rub on the inside? Also if the spacers are used will the tires stick out past the quarter panel? I'm assuming the bolt pattern is the same as well.

As far as tires go, I have 275's in the rear and with 3/8" clearance from the arms the outside of the tire is getting mighty close to being out too far. I think 285's would be ok regarding the outside but it'll be pushing it inside. He will have to relocate his eb cable brackets regardless. My neighbor has a C7 and I agree with Don cause those things look they have a ton of backspace. Anything over 5 will not work.
