I'm looking at what I believe is an original and other than a symbol I can't make out (even with a magnifying glass) and the #4, both located on the plastic. I can't see anything else.

The original number, 1361529 buzzer was used on 1967-1969 with speed warning.
It was replaced by p/n 1386278, when I have no idea. 1386278 first shows up in the parts book around Sept, 1971.
