Hi Bill,
The shoulder belts and their retractors are mounted on the upper part of the rear wheel-well housings. They were concealed by an extension of the rear quarter interior trim panel.
It passed through a slot in the upper trim of the seat back. A plastic sheath held it at that point until the driver clipped it to the rest of the seat belt buckle.
