I've restored my brake calipers with new pistons, springs, o-rings,...
And still after sitting in the paintshop for few weeks my front right caliper bites on the disc while others are good.
I mean that when I try to move the tyre with the car on the lift other wheels turn nicely with little drag of the brake pad on the disc while front right one drags a lot.
Any ideas why would this be the case since every part is new except for the caliper itself?
Could be a bad hose from the hard line to the caliper, they can look good on the outside but be swelled shut on the inside. Try to loosen the bleeder on that caliper and see if the wheel turns freely.

I replaced those as well. The only things that I didn't replaced are the master cilinder, booster and the lines from master cilinder to the hoses.
I had a similar problem as described in the attached threat. Not sure exactly how I fixed it, but when I reinstalled the caliper the problem went away. It seemed like it is possible to get the caliper bolted slightly cocked which might have caused the problem.
If you can turn it by hand, maybe its not really a problem. I would carefully drive the car a short distance, apply the brakes some, see if its pulling or acting weird. Get out and check if anything is hot relative to the other front wheel.
Could be that you have a rear rotor on the front. That will cause the rotor to bind because it is slightly offset. Check to see how centered the rotor is in the slot.

I'l try to bleed the brakes again tomorrow and change the brake fluid.
I noticed when I was installing refurbished calipers that the brake pad on the problematic side doesn't move as much when bleeding the brakes like others do.
Faulty caliper as a whole maybe? But everything was changed only the caliper as such remained from the old setup.
Does thee rotor spin freely without the caliper or brake pads installed?
Rotor runs fine without pads.
It looks like the springs in the caliper are so strong that they push the pads to the disc so strong that it holds the disc.
I'm thinking now of the whole caliper and I will measure it tommorrow if the width is the same because I suspect that the whole caliper is different from the other ones.
Maybe the previous owner changed this caliper only.
Probably shouldn't have used springs with O rings. But shouldn't cause this.
You still should check the centering of the rotor. If it is too far to one side the pads will drag.
Well today I tried to change the caliper bracket on my 71 vette and I couldn't unscrew the top screw for the life of me!
But I did found out what the problem is. The disc is dragging on the caliper itself!!!!
