Hey guys, I have talked to American Powertrain on supplying a T56 and conversion components to replace an automatic in a 1980 C3. Are there any other suppiers anyone could recommend superior to these guys? I looked for a few threads on the swap and didnt find any here on CF so if anyone could share a link I would appreciate it.

 

the good thing is you have a removable crossmember.just google c3 t56 transmission installs,thats what I did there are quit a few topics on doing it.and if american powertrain doesnt have the trans in stock,I know a guy that has them in stock ready to ship.
