rpm rise
350 auto with power brakes
is a problem showing when you put your foot on the brakes in park/netural/gear, and the rpm's rise by a couple hundred?
or is it normal?

That is not normal, and you may have a vacuum leak in the line from the back of the carb to the brake booster. Disconnect from the brake booster ,plug and re-test.
