The picture makes the car look better than it is. I don't have to worry about the car begin original, the block has two cracks on each side of the block. That will gives me good reason to install a 330hp crate engine in her. All the bushings will need replacing along with the steering parts (tie rods, idler arm, and ball joints).
As of right now the engine and are out. The under side of the car has degreaseed and pressure washed. We will be starting on removing and cleaning the suspension parts first. Stay tuned.
Sounds like a similar job I have done. Do not worry you will Always find more things to Improve upon. I am sure the whole process makes owmership that much Better.
Well I have come to a conclusion on my C3. I was hope not to remove the body from the frame, but it is going to happen. Which also means a slight delay in going forward. I have a 74 Bronco that is close to being finished. I need it done so there will room for the C3 body. I should have the Bronco done by mid summer. Fingers crossed.
I did clean up the transmission and painted it cast aluminum. Tomorrow will be the bell housing.
After a slight delay I'm back to work on 75 vette. Have started cleaning the engine bay and ordered new ball joints & suspension bushings. Should have pictures in the next few days.
