My 77 was 1800. You can find out though apply the brake and the throttle together, where ever the rpm peaks without tires spinning that is your brake stall. If it's stock tires won't spin.
Motor is out of the car unfortunately and i'm trying to see if I should replace it. Cam i have requires 2200 stall. The only markings i have is D4 on the converter.

You can be pretty sure it's not 2200. If it's not stock it is an unknown without being able to test it.
If the cam recommends 2200 I would go with around 2400 stall.
With a stall converter it is usually wise to also install an additional trans fluid cooler. More slip equates to more heat in the transmission fluid. Heat kills a transmission much sooner.
Mine stalls at 2600 and has the additional cooler in line with and after the radiator cooler.
