When I installed the last set of wires on the C3, Taylor Spiro Pro 8mm's, I bought the set made for the car (80 L48).

Routed them under the headers using the stock 'v' heat shields and some of those nifty MSD 2-wire 8mm clamps, and the rear OEM 4-wire looms on the block (back by the distributor at back of engine). Combined, they all work together to keep the wires well away from the headers and out of harms way. Work great and keeps the appearance up top tidy.

NOTE: I have removed most of the emissions 'crap' on top and have minimal vacuum hoses to keep the engine running in tip top condition.

Mine had over the valve cover wires, I'll figure something out, it'll pop in my head while lying in bed probably....

I've had my car running about six months now with the "Live Wires" which run under the headers. I'm sold on them.

I know its off subject but I Love your engine bay! What serpintine pulleys are you using? Looks like you have 4 pulleys. Power steering, crank, water pump and alternator. This would be my choice!

They are R&M Specialties 1101-P.

The wires are the universal MSD set that you make to fit, no pre-made set will fit that good.
