Hello, I am have trouble with the pscv. It leaked from when I bought the 80 corvette a year ago. To pass the uk mot system and get it road legal I need it not to leak. So I bought a rebuild kit and rebuilt. All good for a week or so and now it's leaking again. It's seems the steering fluid is coming through the ball stud and washing the grease away which I'm sure this is not meant to happen. I really want to sort this out and not purchase a recon unit if I can help it. Any advise please.

Been there, done that. Either you had a poor quality kit, have a bad core, or you messed up. It is easier the second time. The above video helped me.
He may have cut the seal putting the two halves together, I know I've done it before. (probalby why I don't build the valves here, my guys do them all now).
If you go to the 8.15 mark in the video you'll see what I'm talking about.

Yes thanks I have watched your video and will check the last bit of putting the valve bodies together as it was a pain but I guess that's the bit where it will leak into the stud side if the seal is not good.
