I've been driving my vette and the steering wheel seems to shake and if there is a different level section in the road it seems to pull into it. As i accelerate the car shifts normally but jumps pretty hard into 2nd, and when I reduce speed to idle speed it feels like the entire car is shaking at idle speed. I lifted each side and tested all the wheels play everyone seemed fine except for the back driver side wheel, it has play when i shake it at 12 and 6. I looked underneath as i did this and i see that the yoke is slipping in and out of the differential, could this be the problem? if so how hard would it be to fix? any help would be highly appreciated.
Thanks,
Morgan

It sounds like the front suspension needs to be checked by a qualified mechanic/some parts may be worn out/The T.V. cable needs adjusting/The keeper that holds the yoke in place has come aloose inside the differential housing.
If you do not have experience with repairing cars you should let a mechanic repair the problem with the yoke....it involves removing part of the rear suspension, which could take a weekend for someone who is not familiar with Corvettes.
