f you're running good oil pressure and aren't hearing a bunch of noise then you're probably ok. It doesn't take a lot of oil to look like you've pumped out most of it.If you're really worried, drop the pan pull one of the main caps and see what the bearings look like. Mic them while you're there. If you smoked the bearings, your oil pressure would be affected in most cases.
I'd drive it and keep an eye on the oil pressure for a while, or if energetic I'd drop the pan.

I'm not too worried about the oil pressure, because I think I just never noticed that it dropped down when it heated up. I always glanced at the gauges when it was colder to see if I needed gas.

Wow. If that's the case it changes everything. For your sake I hope you're right but in the future you should know what's normal under both circumstances. You initially indicated that you dropped close to 20 PSI at idle, which would be significant. You need to know if you're comparing apples to apples before anybody can really help you.
