Window motor screw (what does it do?)
This screw appears to adjust tension on the worm gear but I can't find any information on how to make sure it's adjusted properly or even if I can/should adjust it. I just know that if I tighten it all the way the motor won't spin.

It keeps the armature from sliding back and forth.
Adjustment is .001 from contact or about one eighth of a turn out after contact.
