I have been working for two years to get my 69 running. Everything works great except the AC. No big deal until this week in Texas. I upgraded the complete AC system. Ready to turn it on, but the controls to the vacuum operated actuators are pretty sketchy. I am ready to kick the can down the road on fixing the actuators if I can find out the position of the AC/heater control dampers and fix them in place to work with the AC. Any diagram available on placing the damper doors when running the AC?
Hi k,
Do you have the 69 AIM?
The position of the air box doors/dampers is shown for outside air and inside air and also upper outlets and bi-level outlets… and what hoses control those doors/dampers, in the A/C section of the available options in the back of the manual.
UPC C60, Sheet E 5.

Alan
