71 Custom dash build... any tips?

71 Custom dash build... any tips?
Recently purchased a 71 convertible.
Runs good, exterior is good from 5ft back
Frame is mostly rust free (garage kept its whole life)
But electrical is bad, and there are some holes that could use patching from the heater box/firewall, etc..
I think I can do well enough with fiberglass where I can make a custom dash (top/ gauge cluster)
I'm looking for inspiration photos.
Also, looking for any trouble spots to watch out for.
