I have used two ways
Rap on the flywheel with a big hammer
Or
Jack the rear up, crank and run the engine to get the drive line spinning, push clutch in, slam brakes. I would support the trailing arms, as spinning with the arms down can put a bind on the joints.

Ya, jack it up and run it then stomp the brakes. A buddy just had to do that with his VW bug he's been restoring because the disk rusted to the flywheel while it sat sat for the last 5 or 6 years it was apart. I did volunteer to drop the jack once he had it wound out in 1st gear but he didn't go for it.
