Isthis extension supposed to go here? It seems like it doesnt belong because there is already a channel right there...i dont even see the purpose...should i just trim it off at the bottom of the chrome strip?
72 coupe
I think I would check the 72 AIM for the correct installation, but that's just me.
Nah, its not just you....like i said, it looks like there is a channel already there.maybe a mod? Mid year change?
I have the AIM...thats why i posted the pic, just didnt look right
72 did not use the lower extension and if the pillar came from us contact sales and they will exchange it.
Willcox
Not to hijack a thread, there is another A pillar question here https://www.corvetteforum.com/forums...-and-trim.html
Willcox used to have some photos comparing weatherstrips and how they installed on their site; haven't been able to find those for reference for installations.
The pictures we've posted over the years on the forum are all gone with the new website update... so all the old posted pictures while still there, will not show up.
You can find all the pictures we have published over the years as well as all the instructions at this link. Enter your year and search your topic, it should find them.
